Our Licensing and Compliance
Every officer we deploy holds a current NSW security licence issued by the NSW Police Force, the regulator responsible for the security industry in New South Wales. Crowd controllers assigned to licensed-venue work additionally hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, as required for deployments where alcohol is served.
Our operations are conducted under the Security Industry Act 1997 (NSW), the legislation that governs how security work is licensed, carried out and supervised across the state. We treat compliance as a baseline, not an aspiration, and we will not put an unlicensed person on your site.

How We Plan and Run Every Assignment
Every engagement begins with a pre-event site assessment. We review the location, entry and exit points, expected numbers, risk profile and any client-specific requirements so the plan fits the job rather than a generic template.
From that assessment we set appropriate staffing ratios, matching the number of officers to crowd size, venue layout and risk. On larger deployments we maintain defined supervisor-to-officer ratios so there is always a clear chain of command and a point of contact on the ground for the client.
During the assignment, officers follow set incident reporting procedures, documenting any incidents accurately and escalating promptly. After the job, we conduct a post-event debrief to review what happened, capture lessons and refine the plan for next time. The result is consistent delivery and a record you can rely on.
